TRANSPORTATION FEE

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery area.

DELIVERY TIME
The products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure, the orders will be processed in 48/72 hours depending on the type of product. For some products the processing times may be longer.
The processing times of the order are provided purely as an indication, in no case do they represent a contractual obligation, and may be extended according to the number of requests. In case of absence of the customer at the time of delivery, a notice will be left (In case of shipping by express courier) and the customer must personally contact the carrier as soon as possible in order to agree on the delivery methods. No responsibility can be attributed to DSHIRT DE-SIGN-ED Shirt in case of delay in processing the order or in delivering what has been ordered (Article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code)
VAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In the event that a product is not wholly or partially available, DSHIRT DE-SIGN-ED Shirt will promptly notify the customer. Under no circumstances does the reporting of availability represent a contractual obligation. Customer orders are satisfied within the limits of the quantity of products available. BILLING

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
1) the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document
2) the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or in any way altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery, affixing the wording "withdrawal with reserve for lack and / or damage to the number ... packages" on the appropriate accompanying document. and confirmed, within seven calendar days by e-mail to info@designed-shirt.com
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven calendar days of receipt.
Any report beyond the aforementioned terms and / or through different means from the above, will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.
Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered and the number of packages received.
CHANGES
